Your role:

  • Understand fully the client requirements working alongside other key members of the client team
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall project goals
  • • Possess a strong understanding of product management and its role in project success
  • Participate in negotiations with the client on project deadlines and deliverables when needed
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project while maintaining strong rapport
  • Effectively communicate with a client even in difficult situations
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement project strategies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Contribute in pre-sales and client onboarding
  • Drive proposal creation and pitching for clients
  • Maximizing client value and satisfaction through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Implementing strategies to measure client success (revenue, profitability etc.) while tracking progress
  • Obtaining an in-depth understanding of Villvay’s products and services
  • Become an ambassador of Villvay’s values when representing the company to its stakeholders

Required experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing/business development/customer success/sales or a related field
  • Experience working with international level enterprises and B2B businesses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle various situations involving people effectively
  • Excellent command of English communicational skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to foresee the best mode/way of communication
  • Comprehensive ability to understand underlying tones and meaning when communicating
  • Eagerness to deliver the best customer experience while being fanatically customer focussed
  • Being naturally sales intuitive
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in getting to know clients, products and the company's vision
