Client Account Manager

We are on the lookout for a quick-witted individual who inspires both clients and teams whilst working on our flagship project - a global leader in the manufacturing space. The ideal candidate embodies a client-centric approach while maintaining Villvay’s best interest.

Your role:

  • Lead and manage a project team consisting of four sub-teams
  • Understand fully the client requirements working alongside other key members of the client team
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall project goals
  • Motivate and direct various teams to achieve project objectives
  • Possess a strong understanding of product management and its role in project success
  • Deliver project objectives on time and on-budget
  • Ensure that operations are cost-effective
  • Meet project deadlines and negotiate with both the team and clients as needed
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a client even when the information is sensitive
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement project strategies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Allocate and optimise project resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain a strong rapport
  • Ensure positive client experiences throughout the project lifecycle
  • Have attention to detail, understand the requirements given by BAs and ensure the output meets the client's needs
  • Obtaining an in-depth understanding of Villvay’s products and services
  • Become an ambassador of Villvay’s values when representing the company to its stakeholders

Required experience:

  • Prior experience with project delivery with overall 5 years of experience
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle various situations involving people effectively
  • Ability to understand, initiate and implement processes whilst operating in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of English communicational skills (Written and oral)
