We are on the lookout for someone who will skillfully blend analytics, creative and strategic thinking to uncover impactful marketing initiatives in all we do! The ideal candidate would effectively navigate their team and uphold international standards when representing the marketing function of Villvay.

Your role:

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end brand strategies for Villvay and their clients
  • Analyze business requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies and campaigns that set Villvay apart
  • Lead the creative team on content creation for digital platforms and resource management
  • Lead the planning and implementation of SEO strategies for enhanced online visibility
  • Ensure campaigns are cost effective and deliver expected ROI
  • Ensure that Villvay's events and engagements adhere to branding standards while providing creative input as needed
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign success
  • Support in Villvay's employer branding efforts
  • Support the team in creating engaging and persuasive content
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients who may require marketing services, providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Fully understand each client's specific requirements and work alongside other key members of the client team such as business analysts, client account managers, etc
  • Lead the development of impactful websites for clients that respond to their respective digital strategy
  • Propose the most impactful solutions possible to support Villvay's client communication strategies
  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue and exchange between departments
  • Be an ambassador of Villvay’s values when representing the company to its stakeholders

Required experience:

  • 7+ years of proven marketing experience, with emphasis on branding and digital marketing
  • Work experience in the tech industry, preferably with start-ups
  • Experience working with international clients and adapting to different cultures and mindsets
  • High-level knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush
  • Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and PPC
  • Strong analytical skills and an advanced ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to create positive impressions with clients
  • Ability to conduct intelligent conversations with stakeholders backed by thorough research
  • Genuine interest in understanding and studying psychological, social and cultural behavioural patterns
  • A creatively flexible mindset that can easily identify the specific marketing needs of Villvay
  • A learning-driven mindset and curiosity about the tech industry and its ever-evolving trends
  • Strong time management skills and a customer-centric approach to dealing with clients, especially those in different time zones
  • The ability to independently manage schedules to build work-life balance while meeting deadlines
