Digital Sales and CRM Specialist

We are on the lookout for the force behind Villvay's digital sales front. A team player to turn our story into results, relationships, and revenue.

Your role:

  • Build and manage CRM data including leads, accounts, competitors, and partners.
  • Maintain clean, accurate lead tracking and segmentation for reporting and outreach.
  • Assist with the execution of mass mailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct research on target companies and buyer personas using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales outreach messaging.
  • Segment and organize contact lists for targeted campaigns; report on campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain databases, campaign calendars, and outreach tools.
  • Support logistics for virtual/in-person conferences and events as needed.

Required experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital sales, sales operations, or B2B outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
  • Hands-on experience executing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • A detail-oriented, research-driven approach to lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English) aligned with US B2B etiquette and tone.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute with speed and accuracy.

Added advantages:

  • Experience using tools like Apollo, SalesLoft, or similar prospecting software.
  • Understanding of digital sales funnels and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting North American markets or remote sales teams.
