Digital Sales Specialist

We’re on the lookout for the team player to turn our story into results, relationships, and revenue—the force behind Villvay’s digital sales front.
With us, you’ll be working closely with our CRO taking go-to-market strategies from paper to practice. You’ll be at the heart of how we connect with prospects, turning mild curiosity into conversations, and interest into conversions.

Your role:
- Partner with our CRO to turn GTM strategies into hands-on sales execution.
- Identify and refine prospecting workflows, tools, and processes to make outreach smarter and faster.
- Research buyer personas, industries, and opportunities using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Shape messaging that cuts through the noise—backed by insight and driven by empathy.
- Lead and support email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns, reporting on what’s converting (and why).
- Own CRM hygiene and segmentation—clean data, clear tracking, better decisions.
- Experiment with tools, automation, and sequences—then share what works with the team.
- Build campaign calendars, organize contacts, and support event or webinar logistics when needed.
Required experience:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital sales, sales ops, or outbound marketing.
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho—and a bias for organized pipelines.
- Comfortable running email and LinkedIn outreach with solid US market etiquette.
- A curious, research-driven approach to identifying leads and connecting with purpose.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)—with the ability to get to the point and get responses.
- Being able to prioritize and execute with speed and accuracy.
Added advantages:
- Experience with tools like Apollo, SalesLoft, or other sales automation platforms.
- Familiarity with digital sales funnels and performance metrics.
- Exposure to the North American B2B tech space.
- Educational or cultural familiarity with the North American market; candidates who have lived, worked or studied the U.S.
- A pulse on what moves decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market environments.
