We’re looking for a hands-on delivery leader who thrives on bringing structure and momentum to complex B2B eCommerce projects. You’ll take ownership of delivery from discovery to go-live—keeping teams aligned, managing expectations, and ensuring every milestone translates into real client impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with both technical and business teams, balancing agility with accountability to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale eCommerce projects — from discovery to deployment — ensuring alignment with client goals and technical excellence.
• Own project scope, budget, and timelines, maintaining delivery discipline and stakeholder confidence throughout all phases.
• Act as the primary client partner, managing expectations through transparent communication, proactive updates, and structured reporting.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and strategists to translate business priorities into scalable, sustainable delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive team focus, velocity, and accountability.
• Track, analyze, and report delivery metrics — including velocity, throughput, and team health indicators — to identify improvement opportunities and guide executive decision-making.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts through estimations, delivery roadmaps, and solution proposals that reflect Villvay’s standards of excellence.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration, feedback, and delivery maturity across teams.

Core Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing software projects, with 3+ years in enterprise-level delivery.
• Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models). 
• Prior experience in delivering digital commerce, CMS, or platform-based solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical fluency — able to understand dependencies and system architectures.
• Experience working with distributed teams and global clients.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and delivery dashboards.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Added Advantages

• Hands-on experience managing B2B or B2C eCommerce implementations or custom digital platforms. 
• Exposure to enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, PIM) and complex dependencies. 
• Familiarity with search and personalization technologies (Elasticsearch, Algolia, or similar). 
• Strong experience in agile delivery environments with global enterprise clients. 
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business clarity during client discussions and demos.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and scalable delivery models (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
