Your role:

  • Assist in interpreting highly complex requirements on large mission-critical projects
  • Analyze existing software systems and procedures that need evaluation to identify deficiencies and make recommendations
  • Readily re-apply technical and business insights to new situations
  • Ensure the functionality, usability, performance, and supportability of the requirements
  • Develop business proposals for software solutions to meet requirements
  • Develop detailed functional requirement documents leading into system design
  • Develop business process workflow diagrams and system level logical/physical architecture diagrams
  • Analyze required system integrations and provide API specifications to the technical team
  • Review and critique technical solutions to ensure they meet the necessary requirements
  • Lead Change Control activities. This includes drafting of change control records, technical implementation plans, deviations, and updates to supporting documentation
  • Take on a leadership role among managing and guiding the BA team
  • Conduct, provide and be accountable for the accuracy of project work estimates
  • Formulate options and assess their relative merits and risks, and work with respective stakeholders to determine the best solution

Required experience:

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience in both technical and functional roles
  • BA/BS, MA/MS or equivalent in Technology or Business or a relevant field
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal
  • Ability to be clear and impactful when communicating with stakeholders
  • Strong business and technology acumen; solid understanding of software services, processes, measures and related capabilities
  • Ability to analyze and work with complex data and evaluate solutions
  • Ability to learn and adapt to multiple domains
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Being highly organized, results-oriented and attentive to details
  • Having business and design thinking
  • Being an avid reader of market trends and emerging technologies
  • Possess unconventional thinking and disruptive mindset

Added advantages:

  • Experience in data transformation/reporting projects
  • Experience in Power BI and data model analysis
  • Having worked in supply chain/inventory/sales/finance domains
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP and CIMA
  • Ability to utilize Excel functions well
