Associate Lead - Business Analyst

Role
Business Analysis & Solution Structuring
- Lead requirement discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and system requirements.
- Break down complex workflows into actionable inputs for technical teams.
- Ensure business intent is preserved from discovery through delivery.
eCommerce Implementation Projects
- Contribute to end-to-end B2B eCommerce implementation projects.
- Work on complex distributor use cases including catalogs, pricing models, workflows, and system integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure scope clarity and alignment.
- Support solution validation and ensure outputs meet business expectations before deployment.
Product & Scalability Thinking
- Evaluate whether feature requests align with long-term product direction or serve as one-off customization.
- Guide conversations toward scalable, reusable solutions where possible.
- Balance immediate client commitments with platform evolution and future growth.
- Contribute to improving how we structure and standardize capabilities over time.
Client Engagement & Commercial Judgment
- Confidently manage client discussions around requirements, trade-offs, and feasibility.
- Navigate evolving priorities while maintaining clarity and alignment.
- Bring strong business judgment when assessing scope, impact, and sustainability.
- Act as a trusted partner in conversations that influence solution direction.
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Architects, Tech Leads, PMs, and Delivery teams.
- Provide clarity during ambiguity and direction where needed.
- Support and mentor junior BAs as the team scales.
- Maintain high standards of analytical rigor and documentation quality.
Representation & Brand
- Develop a strong understanding of Villvay’s services and product offerings.
- Represent Villvay’s values confidently in all stakeholder interactions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis within a technology or digital solutions environment.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading requirement discussions independently.
- Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and structured documentation.
- Experience contributing to digital implementation projects, preferably B2B eCommerce.
- Ability to balance structured project delivery with evolving product initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem breakdown capability, and attention to detail.
- Sound business judgment with the ability to assess long-term impact versus short-term requests.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.

- Exposure to B2B eCommerce platforms and distributor ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Search, data-driven products, Elasticsearch, or AI-powered search concepts.
- Experience working in hybrid service + product organizations.
- Experience mentoring or leading other BAs.
