Content Strategist (B2B Marketing)
We’re a boutique agency—small yet impactful—gaining real momentum helping B2B eCommerce industry giants transform digitally with our specialized products and services.
Today, our wins are clear in the multi-million dollar weekly sales achieved online by our clients based in the USA and around the world. And for tomorrow, we’re strengthening our solutions through innovation, customization, and smart AI integration.
When you join Villvay, you don't just join a 'friendly neighborhood offshore development team'—you join a team of solutionizers—critical thinkers who see the whole picture, tackle problems end-to-end, and bring more to the table than anyone expects.
We’re looking for a thoughtful Content Strategist who can turn complex ideas, industry insights, and internal expertise into clear, compelling narratives. You’ll shape how Villvay communicates across thought leadership, sales conversations, and talent storytelling, ensuring consistency and depth in how we show up. This role is for someone who is strong in both thinking and execution — who can decide what’s worth saying, structure it well, and build systems that ensure high-quality content is delivered consistently in a fast-moving environment.
Role
- Plan and execute content initiatives that strengthen Villvay’s brand and keep our voice active across digital platforms.
- Translate complex ideas, technical concepts, and industry insights into clear, engaging narratives across formats including blogs, website content, case studies, emails, and social media.
- Work closely with sales and leadership to develop sales-aligned content such as proposal narratives, pitch materials, product/service overviews, and outreach messaging.
- Build a strong understanding of Villvay’s ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and industry landscape, using research and internal insights to shape meaningful content.
- Gather insights through conversations, interviews, and collaboration with internal teams to produce accurate and well-informed content.
- Ensure all communication maintains a consistent brand voice aligned with Villvay’s positioning and tone of communication.
- Establish structured processes and systems that enable consistent content production and timely execution across platforms.
- Analyse content performance and refine strategies to improve clarity, engagement, and reach.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to create employer branding and culture storytelling content.
- Support multimedia initiatives including short-form videos, scripts, and creative concepts, coordinating with designers and external creative partners when required.
- Manage the lifecycle of creative assets from briefing and planning through revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain and update website content through the CMS, ensuring clarity, consistency, and SEO alignment.
- Maintain a structured repository of content and creative assets for easy reuse across teams.
- Support research and creative development related to branding for Villvay’s products and strategic offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand communication, or digital marketing roles.
- Exceptional writing ability, with the judgment to research deeply, understand context, and communicate ideas clearly and thoughtfully.

- Ability to simplify complex business or technical concepts into clear and engaging narratives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build structured content workflows that ensure consistent output.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and leadership.
- Comfort working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, SEO tools, and collaborative work systems.
