We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can shape how Villvay shows up in the market and build marketing efforts that actually drive pipeline. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales to bring clarity to positioning, strengthen our presence in the B2B space, and connect marketing with how we sell. This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, balancing thinking with execution, and building a marketing function that evolves alongside a growing product and business.
Role
Brand & Positioning
- Shape and refine how Villvay and its offerings are positioned in the market
- Bring clarity and consistency to messaging across website, social, and outbound channels
- Ensure all communication reflects a strong, professional, and commercially sound narrative
- Translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, relatable messaging
Growth & Demand Generation
- Contribute to building a structured growth engine that supports pipeline generation
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across channels including LinkedIn, email, and content
- Work closely with the CRO to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Continuously test and refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting based on performance and feedback
Content & Communication Direction
- Define content direction and priorities aligned with business and sales needs
- Work with internal or external resources to ensure consistent content output
- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of all customer-facing materials (presentations, case studies, etc.)
- Ensure content supports both brand building and sales enablement
Go-To-Market & Product Alignment
- Support positioning and go-to-market efforts for Villvay’s offerings, including the Search & Product Discovery product
- Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for target customers
- Work with leadership to test and refine messaging across different markets and segments
Marketing Structure & Execution
- Bring structure and clarity to how marketing operates on a day-to-day basis
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact rather than activity
- Take ownership of execution where needed, while also coordinating with other contributors
- Help define how the marketing function should evolve as the business grows
Core Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand, or growth roles within a B2B or technology-driven environment
- Strong ability to think strategically while also being comfortable with hands-on execution
- Experience working on positioning, messaging, and brand communication
- Exposure to growth or demand generation initiatives (outbound, campaigns, or funnel optimization)
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Good commercial awareness — ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
- Ability to work closely with leadership and adapt in a fast-moving environment
